NEW SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT
Work on the re-development of the school under the Priority School Building Programme is progressing well and we remain on target for delivery of the new school in 2016. The Education Funding Agency has now appointed Interserve Kajima to construct our new school.

OFSTED Parent View
We would be really grateful if you could spend a few minutes to complete Ofsted’s Parent View.
Parent View gives you the chance to tell both us and Ofsted what you think about our school. Parent View asks for your opinion on 12 aspects of the school, from the quality of teaching, to dealing with bullying and poor behaviour. By sharing your views, you will be helping us to improve.
Please log onto www.parentview.ofsted.gov.uk
Access our eBooks Library without logging-in!
To access the school's online library of fiction, non-fiction and textbooks (suitable for Y7 - Y13) please login to your Moodle account and then click on the "VLeBooks" icon that appears on the right-hand side of the Moodle homepage.
(Please note the icon will not appear until you have logged into Moodle).
All students now have access and DO NOT need to create a separate VLeBooks account.
Please direct any questions to the Library Team.
Sixth Form Online Journals are now live:
Students now have access to a huge archive on online journals covering subjects such as AS and A2 Business Studies, English, History, Geography, Science, Sociology and much more! Simply go to Moodle and click on "Online Journals" to the right of the page. From there choose a volume and then select a specific issue to read (issues cover the period 1993 - 2013). Staff are reminded that there are also teaching resources available for the majority of the journals accessible from the journal selection page. "
